Ahh, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and the vegetables are growing. That’s right: our rooftop garden veggies are doing awesome, and soon we will be able to taste the fruits of our labor.

It seems like yesterday that we were working the beds, planting the seeds and hoping we could remember to water them. Well, so far we haven’t forgotten, and we have tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce, peppers, strawberries and lots of herbs almost ready to be picked. Also, our cucumbers, peas, and sweet peppers are still growing and it won’t be too long before those are ready to eat.
